I have always been a lover of Avon products, I guess because my mom is a big fan of the brand, I kind of followed in her footsteps. So when Avon announced that they’re launching a new product range I was quite excited. The product range looks different from your normal Avon products, more intriguing I’d say.
So a while ago I decided to finally put three of their products to the test.
1. Mark Glow-On, Natural Radiance Foundation SPF 15
2. Mark Magix Prep and Set Spray, and
3. Mark Big & False Lash Volume Mascara
Now the reason I went for these specific products were mainly because Spring was around the corner. Hot days normally mean you have to worry about your makeup staying in place, so I thought it would be a good time to try their Prep & Set spray. As for the Foundation, I wanted something lightweight that would match my weird skin tone for days where I want to hide some imperfections without the commitment of a full face of makeup. Lastly, the Mascara, now I’m a lover of big natural lashes, so I obviously wouldn’t leave this little beauty behind.
With that being said, let’s get into the review 🙂
- Mark Glow On Natural Radiance Foundation SPF 15
It gives you exactly what it claims, Natural Radiance. This foundation is super lightweight, if you’re into that natural look and you don’t like heavy foundation, I recommend you try this out. It gives you a dewy look and it doesn’t block your pores and I guess that’s because this is an oil-free foundation. So ladies on those days where you feel like you want to look like a natural goddess without caking on loads of foundation/ makeup, this will do just fine. I normally opt for this when I want a little bit more coverage than what my BB cream gives me (Post coming soon).
- Mark Magix Prep and Set Spray
Like any other Prep & Set spray, Mark’s prep and set spray can be used before and after makeup application. It leaves your skin smooth, making the makeup application easier and less sticky. On most days (When I’m less of a hobo), I’ll prep my face with the spray, followed by either my BB cream or the Mark Glow On Natural Radiance Foundation. The days where I feel like or have the time for a full face of makeup, I’ll set my face with the spray and it usually helps my makeup stay on fleek, till it’s time to go back to my hobo like state.
- Mark Big & False Lash Volume Mascara
This mascara promises to give you that false lash look without the actual false lashes, now I have to be completely honest, even though it gave me a little volume and a little bit of length, I expected more from this product. The only way I’ll get that desired full false lash look, is if I use my L’Oreal False Lash Superstar base as a base for this mascara.
Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate the mascara, I just wanted a little more from it.
Will I buy it again? Probably not, I’ll most likely try out their other mascaras.
So there you have it beauties, let me know if you have tried some of the Mark products and how it worked for you.
Love, Always.
Though I myself am a Mary Kay lady, this makes me want to try these products just to see.

I really need to up my make-up game. I have never made it past eyeliner 🙈🙈
How do you know what shade of foundation to get??

My shade is normally ‘Natural Beige’ when it comes to my go to foundation (Revlon Colorstay) so I kind of took a gamble hoping Mark’s Natural beige would be perfect.
It’s always better to get color matched in store when you buy foundation but when it comes to Avon or shopping online its usually a guessing game
